The Floral Cottage Wedding + Event Collections

Collections are a series of floral designs created specifically for weddings and events including items like bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, cake toppers and more.

Why choose a collection?

Our collections are designed to make the planning process easier with these cultivated floral designs from our most requested and on trend weddings and events.

How does it work?

You will start by browsing our collections (Click here to view collections)

Once you’ve found your favorite collection that best fits your style, you will submit the contact form. Be sure to answer all of the questions including your favorite collection.

If we are available for your event, complete the brochure that will be emailed over to you.

Our team will create a proposal for you based off of your brochure selections.  

Finally, book our services by signing the contract and submitting the 25% deposit.

Collection Minimum order is $300

 

Collection FAQs

  • Booking

    To book our services, sign the contract and pay the 25% non-refundable deposit via our Honeybook system.

    A second 25% non-refundable deposit will be due mid-way from the event.

    The final payment will be due 30 days prior to the event.

    Cancellations

    We allow events to be postponed without penalty with a 30-day notice.

    Rescheduled dates are subject to availability & can not be guaranteed.

    With less than 30 days notice the client is responsible for the full amount of their event.

    All deposits will not be refunded

  • We offer a MAXIMUM OF 2 CHANGES/ADJUSTMENTS to our collections as follows:

    1. Remove a flower or greenery variety and replace with an existing flower or greenery type within the collection.

    2. Change the color of a type of flower. A maximum of TWO color changes is allowed.

    No additional changes will be allowed.

    Prices are as listed and will not be modified.

    Due to the nature of fresh floral products, The Floral Cottage reserves the right to make last minute changes to flower selections in the event when the selections are either unavailable or do not meet quality expectations. Client understands that there is no absolute guarantee of flowers meeting exact expectations due to nature and the artistic interpretation of the designer and flower availability.

  • A 25% rental deposit is required upon booking our rental services.

    Clients are responsible for returning our rental items in same condition within 3 days of event. Items that are not in original condition upon returning or not returning by agreed upon date will be subject to extra fees & non return of deposit.

    NO MINIMUM FOR CANDLE RENTAL SERVICES IF COLLECTION IS BOOKED. CANDLE RENTALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IF COLLECTION IS NOT BOOKED.

  • Set Up - We take pride in offering a comprehensive service for our custom weddings, which includes day-of event setup and onsite design. Our carefully crafted collections are designed to be effortlessly placed by anyone, ensuring a stunning and seamless aesthetic.

    Pick-ups will be arranged for client to pick up on the agreed upon date and time. Client is responsible for loading, unloading & setting up total order including fresh florals and rentals.

    The Floral Cottage Florist is not responsible for unpacking, setting up or picking up any items. The Floral Cottage is not responsible for the condition of flowers after delivery/pick-up is completed. Care instructions will be included with the flowers and should be followed to keep everything in excellent condition.

    Delivery - One delivery is allowed and pricing is as follows -

    Delivery 0 - 15 Miles - $100

    Delivery 16 - 50 Miles - $165

    Delivery 51 - 80 Miles - $225

    Delivery 81 Miles & up - $275

    Custom Weddings + Events are customized floral designs including client consultations and calls, collaboration with other vendors, site visits if needed and access to our complete rental inventory. Custom weddings + events minimum of $3000.

First you’ll look through all our exclusive collections, once you find what you are looking for fill out our contact form to book your order. (Contact form link here)

Fill out our contact form

You’ve found the collection you love, now give us the details! Let us know what collection you want if you want to mix multiple just leave us a note to let us know! Once submitted you will receive a questionnaire from our team if we are available to take your order.

Fill out & submit the questionnaire

Select exactly what you are wanting from the collection questionnaire add the quantity amount, any changes you want to make list it in the note section allowed.

Review your proposal

Once you submit your questionnaire, we will send you our proposal this will have your exact order with including delivery (if selected) all arrangements & taxes and fees.

Book us!

You reviewed your proposal, you met our shop minimum $300 & you are ready to book! The only way to book is to put down a 25% deposit, & sign our contract. Payments can be made by card on honeybook or by cash or check at our shop location.

Finalize

6 weeks prior to your event we will send you a email to finalize all your details, order, delivery or pick-up, & make sure payments made or adjusted.

Delivery Day / Pick-up

Your entire order will be ready for pick-up or delivery on the specific agreed upon date & location.
