Truc had a traditional Vietnamese wedding with a morning tea ceremony, afternoon mass and evening reception with a 9-course meal. As part of Vietnamese tradition, the bride + groom take a photo with every guest. We designed a gorgeous (and gigantic!) blue + white hydrangea installation to serve as the photo backdrop. Due to the size of the mantel, Hannah designed this entire installation on-site!
We used a color blocking technique for Truc’s hydrangea arrangements, with all blue shades on one side and white on the other. These hydrangea bursts were placed on our large blanc columns for the church ceremony. Our team then flipped one of the hydrangea bursts to our white acrylic box on the sign-in table and the other burst to the base of Truc + Paul’s sweetheart table at the reception.
